Upon submission of a completed "Sign Up" (hereafter referred to as 'MEMBER(S)'), or anyone utilizing any information provided in this site, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions set forth.

TradeHugger, or Tradehugger.com ( hereinafter be referred to as Trade Hugger) is a website owned and operated by Manduca Trading LLC.  This site provides information for day and position trading ‘MEMBERS’, day traders, online trading or momentum traders to share and exchange information on Futures and Forex trading although not limited to, Futures and Forex.

Manduca Trading, LLC is not soliciting or making any attempt to buy or sell Futures contracts or Forex lots mentioned in any service, blog, article, or any informational program on Trade Hugger.  We are making no attempt in representing ourselves as a registered advisor or Commodity Trading Advisor.  Manduca Trading LLC is a member of the National Futures Association (NFA) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

Manduca Trading, LLC assumes no responsibility for and does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information, quotes, opinions or advice found in any of the services we offer. All decisions to act upon any suggestions found in any service we offer whether to buy or sell Futures contracts or Forex lots through online trading is the sole responsibility of the 'MEMBER'.

Manduca Trading LLC does not guarantee or represent that 'MEMBERS' acting upon any suggestion mentioned or discussed in any of the services we offer will result in a profit.

Manduca Trading, LLC, or staff may or may not hold positions in various, Futures contracts or Forex lots mentioned in any of the services we offer and are under no obligation to disclose when a Futures contract or Forex lot was acquired, the amount of position held or when a position is closed.

Manduca Trading LLC is not offering any professional services whatsoever and it is recommended that 'MEMBERS' contact a professional advisor of their choice, prior to undertaking trading Futures or Forex. General trading education is highly recommended for all potential 'MEMBERS'.

I ( 'MEMBER' ) understand and agree that I will not be entitled to any refund from Manduca Trading LLC for any trading losses WHATSOEVER.

('MEMBER' may hereinafter be referred to as 'I', 'MY' , 'ME', 'YOUR', 'YOU') I understand and agree that any and all day trading, online trading or online trading decisions are made by ME alone. I accept all responsibility for transactions that occur in MY trading account with MY broker of choice. Due to the risk of loss which can be substantial when buying or selling Futures or Forex, I have carefully considered my financial condition as to whether trading Futures or Forex is in my best interest. I understand that when I buy or sell Futures contracts or Forex lots, I can incur a loss of some if not all (100%) or MORE of MY capital, cash and/or assets I may have pledged to buy Futures contracts or Forex lots through MY broker of choice.

I understand that Manduca Trading LLC is not obligated or responsible for any trading activities between ME and MY broker of choice in MY trading account. I understand there may be times when the Market turns against ME or under certain Market conditions, it may become difficult if not sometimes impossible, for Me to liquidate a position and I take full responsibility should this occur. I understand and agree that, should I buy or sell Futures contracts or Forex lots mentioned in any of the services offered, I may experience a profit and I may experience a loss from those trades.

I as a trader I agree not to hold Trade Hugger responsible for MY orders placed; MY orders filled; MY Futures contracts or Forex lots sold; MY Futures contracts or Forex lots bought; MY profits made or MY losses incurred.

I understand and agree that day trading Futures or Forex can be very profitable or can lead to large losses of MY cash, capital or assets and I agree not to hold Manduca Trading LLC responsible should I experience any losses whether the losses are small or large. I agree and understand that this DISCLAIMER is not implying that these are not the only risks involved in online trading of, Futures or Forex and it is MY sole responsibility to know, investigate, research and assume all other risks associated with futures and forex trading. I understand that results anticipated should not be based on the past performance of any of the services offered.

Manduca Trading LLC, will not be held responsible or liable to Trade Hugger 'MEMBERS' or any other parties for losses, loss of profits, costs or expenses, loss of use, damages (whether consequential or incidental) resulting from any errors in, emissions of or alterations to information, links, downloaded material, or accessed material received while accessing the website. Generally reliable sources used to provide information which is discussed in any of the services we offer can not be guaranteed for accuracy or validity due to the fact that such companies do not provide a guarantee either.

Manduca Trading LLC will not be held liable or responsible for, arising out of use, any investment, online trading, interpretation or implementation of information on this site. By using this site, there is no warrant that information contained, obtained or utilized is error or defect free or that servers accessed are free of harm or any viruses. YOU agree to be responsible for any and all costs that may occur to your computer and all components.

YOU assume the entire risk of the trading technique YOU practice while trading Futures or Forex. Recommendations made in any of the services we offer should be acted upon by YOU and YOUR actions taken are solely YOUR decision and not that of Manduca Trading LLC.

Manduca Trading LLC recommend all 'MEMBERS' practice Demo Trading (trading without using actual cash) until YOU have found a system that provides a consistent profit; keep in mind, Demo Trading is substantially different than actual trading. When Demo Trading, YOU will not experience actual market trading conditions such as but not limited to, fast moving market, unable to have an order filled, market turns against you, etc. Any online trading strategies YOU undertake by utilizing any of the services we offer can expose you to risks.

Manduca Trading LLC  has a NO TOLERANCE POLICY for hyping, abusive or vulgar language, and major disruptions in the Blogs or Trading Rooms and reserves the right to cancel 'MEMBERS' found abusing this policy.
